Commercial Kitchen Project Description For this commercial kitchen project, the basement of a commercial property had flooded. The existing electrical was completely hazardous because of the damage. As a result, this project required sheetrock demolition and a complete remodel. We started by installing brand new electrical wiring throughout the kitchen. For efficiency, we setup dedicated circuits in the kitchen for the new appliances. This gave dedicated power to the range, refrigerator, and microwave.
