The home exterior did not have lighting in the landscaped area, and our customer was ready to have new lighting added for this project. Our team surveyed the landscape area, did a walk through with the homeowners, and proposed a lighting solution. Then, we got right to work. Home Remodel Project Take a look at one of our recently completed jobs, a home remodel project. Much of the existing electrical throughout the home required upgrades for code compliance. Our customer was ready to complete this home remodel project to list their home for sale! Our team updated the electrical service to the home from overhead to underground. Then, we installed a new electrical panel and ran brand new wiring through the house. This upgrade allowed us to install dedicated electrical circuits to the kitchen which our customer loved! Residential Remodel Project For this electrical service request, the homeowners were undergoing a residential remodel. As part of the residential remodel project, we performed electrical upgrades throughout the home. Electrical Service Completed Our team installed new recessed can lighting in several rooms throughout the home. We installed chandelier lighting in the dining area as well as lighting fixtures in the kitchen. The kitchen electrical was a point of emphasis in this residential remodel project. Residential Electrical Upgrade Description For this electrical project, the homeowners wanted residential electrical upgrades throughout the home. They wanted to update their electrical for better lighting, power convenience, and overall energy efficiency. Electrical Upgrades Completed Our team began the residential electrical upgrades by replacing old electrical fixtures with new LED fixtures. We did this for many rooms throughout the home.
